* Prices are based on double occupancy. For Heswall Cottage when 4 adults are sharing the daily rate is increased by $120 (ie $295 per night for 4-share). Longer stay rates are available on request. All other discounts only available on full rate. Prices subject to change and availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid, however, an alternative booking within six months of the original booking will be welcomed.
